Use of brass

Brass has a wide range of applicability, mainly used in the manufacture of valves, water pipes, air conditioning inside and outside the machine connecting pipe, radiators, precision instruments, ship parts, musical instruments, etc.

Brass is a kind of alloy composed of copper and zinc, according to the different zinc content, brass can be divided into many types, such as H59, H63, H65, etc., with different hardness and mechanical properties. Brass plate is a widely used lead brass with good mechanical properties and cutting processability, suitable for the manufacture of a variety of structural parts subjected to hot and cold pressure processing, such as gaskets, bushings and so on. Tin brass plate is due to its high corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, commonly used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant parts on ships and steam, oil and other media contact parts and conduits.

The applicability of brass is not only reflected in its excellent mechanical properties and wear-resistant properties, but also because of its ability to withstand hot and cold pressure processing characteristics, suitable for the manufacture of valves, water pipes, air conditioning inside and outside the machine connecting pipes and radiators.
In addition, brass bar as a non-ferrous metal processing bar, because of its high electrical conductivity and good processing performance, is widely used in the manufacture of precision instruments, ship parts and so on.
The unique sound properties of brass also make it used in the manufacture of musical instruments, such as gongs, cymbals, bells, horns and other musical instruments in the East, as well as brass instruments in the West.
