QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality is our focus. Our prototyping and low-volume production services are subject to ongoing quality control standards. They start before your design reaches our factory and don't end until you are satisfied with your product.
Raw Materials
A complete design is only as strong as the materials it uses. We source the highest quality plastics, rubber and metals from around the globe to ensure quality and product integrity. We are very material conscious and take many steps to ensure we only use authentic, high quality materials and not substitutes. Our materials come from America, Europe and Japan.
Design Verification
We offer rapid design validation services for peace of mind and a quick start to production. Free DFM and quotes are available for prototypes and production.
Continuous Quality Control
Quality control occurs at every stage of the process. Products are constantly checked to reduce waste and costs. Finished products are subject to additional quality controls so that each product leaves our factory in excellent condition.
